“There is only one thing worth being concerned about. Mary has discovered it, and it will not be taken away from her.” Luke 10:42 (NLT) The heart of this ministry is to inspire a love for God’s Word and encourage the discipline of daily Bible reading and SOAP journaling. These are a few of our SOAP notes from today’s reading. We encourage you to read and journal on your own first, then join us in conversation about what God revealed to YOU today. Click HERE to go directly to the daily reading if you wish.

Even wisdom rejoices | guest post

S~ Then I was the craftsman at His side, I was filled with delight day after day, rejoicing always in His presence.  ~ Proverbs 8: 30 (NIV)

O~ Wisdom, identified as a female who was created by God, was one of God’s first works before creation.  As the Lord was making the skies and seas, Wisdom was there.  She too was rejoicing in His presence.

A~ Wisdom is a gift from God, it’s all over the Scriptures.  Being able to see and understand the heavenly things is something that the Lord allows and gives.  Even Wisdom is filled with delight day after day and rejoices in God’s presence.

If Wisdom is my example or goal, I too can be filled with delight day after day and rejoice in God’s presence.

P~ Abba, thank You for Wisdom!  Thank You for her example!  Open my eyes and heart and soul to see Your hand at work here on earth.  I love You!

Our team would love the privilege of praying for you! Please share how we can lift you in prayer at prayer@DiscoverOneThing.com
