Healing in Obedience | Kimi Miller
S~ He looked at them and said, “Go show yourselves to the priests.” And as they went, they were cleansed of their leprosy. Luke 17:14 (NLT)
O~ As they went, they were cleansed – they were healed in their obedience.
A~ When I’m hurting, I want Jesus to heal me immediately – in an instant! Here, I see that although Jesus healed these men, they didn’t see their healing until they walked out their obedience.
I knew You would heal me from my brokenness. I wanted instant healing. I wanted it to be less painful and less messy. But You had another plan, and to see my healing, I had to walk it out in obedience.
P~ Thank You, Lord. Thank You for knowing how to best heal my heart. Thank You for my family and friends that You brought around me to walk alongside me. Thank You for slowing me down so I could draw closer to You. Thanks for not letting me miss all that You’ve already given me. Thank You for my life. Thank You for being You. I love You, Jesus.
