S~ We also pray that you will be strengthened with all his glorious power so you will have all the endurance and patience you need. May you be filled with joy.  Colossians 1:11 (NLT)

O~ Paul is tell the Colossians specific ways that he prays.

A~ My Bible notes point out that whether we know someone or not, these are always good things to pray for—

  1. Pray they will understand what God desires them to do
  2. For increased spiritual wisdom
  3. That their lives honor and please God
  4. Their lives produce every kind of good fruit
  5. Have a increasing desire to know God better
  6. Be strengthen by God’s glorious power
  7. Have endurance and patience
  8. Be filled with joy
  9. Have a heart of gratitude.

P~ Dear Lord,  you know I’m so weak when it comes to prayer.  I ask that You would give me an increased desire to pray for people and that my prayers would help others to be filled Your presence and experience Your glory.  I pray these things for myself, that I would understand what You desire of me and that my actions and words would give You glory.  I also ask for patience while I wait to see answered prayer. I pray for joy in the midst of life’s daily inconveniences and annoyances.  Thank you for loving me and choosing me to be Your child.

Our team would love the privilege of praying for you! Please share how we can lift you in prayer at prayer@DiscoverOneThing.com
