Truth about me | guest post

S~ Those who trust in the Lord are like Mount Zion, which cannot be shaken but endures forever.   As the mountains surround Jerusalem, so the Lord surrounds His people both now and forevermore. Psalm 125:1,2 (NIV)

O/A~ This truth from Scripture is what I need today: I’m surrounded by the Lord, today, but FOREVER too!!  I cannot be shaken, I will endure forever.  Today is always a day of catching my breath after the rush of Christmas.  Did I say the right things at my family’s big dinner? Was my dish cooked correctly? Did the kids feel the magic of the season? Did I do enough for others?  Why did I wait to the last minute to get stuff done?

I don’t know the answers to those questions, but there is something I can direct my focus on.  The Lord has surrounded me; yesterday, today, and all my tomorrows, ’till forever.  I will not be shaken, no matter what Christmas turned out to be like.  I forget these things in the middle of a busy holiday.

P~ Abba, I love You!  Thank You for Your plan of saving Your people!

Our team would love the privilege of praying for you! Please share how we can lift you in prayer at
