All of Creation Sings | Joni Tyner

S~ –and then I heard every creature in heaven and on earth and under the earth and in the sea. They sang:

“blessing and honor and glory and power

Belong to the one sitting on the throne

And to the Lamb forever and ever.”  Revelation 5:13 (NLT)

O/A~ John is having a vision given to him by Jesus.  He hears EVERY CREATURE that God has created giving Him the glory.  I see the importance, once again, of us giving all of our reverence and worship to Jesus.  He deserves our praise—no one is above Him.  As I’m continuing on my journey  (for the first time) through Revelation, I am taking notes and realizing that the message isn’t as complicated as I thought.  Our God is all powerful, He is the Creator,  He is worthy of my efforts, my attention, my praise.  Yes, there is detailed information about the scrolls and others specifics, but, what I am seeing,  is that He is showing us the majesty and glory of Heaven.  …and I like what I have read!!

P~ Thank you Lord for the beautiful peek into Your Kingdom.  I love to go outdoors and I marvel at all You have created.  What a glorious thought—one day I will worship You with all of the creatures You have created.  I love You.

The end | guest post

S~ Then another horse came out, a fiery red one.  Its rider was given power to take peace from the earth and to make men slay each other.  To him was given a large sword. Revelation 6:4 (NIV)

O~ This is part of the end times when the first judgements are happening.  It sounds familiar.

A~ I can’t believe the destruction and ugliness of our souls.  Men are slaying men over the globe.  Sometimes I worry about going to the store or a game because our town could be next.

“Rather than being terrified by what is happening in our world, we should confidently await Christ’s return to bring justice and restoration to His people,” says my teaching bible notes section.

Yes! My eyes need to shift from the tragedies that flood our news to Jesus Christ.  It was written many years ago that men would slay each other.  God told us so we would know and not be shocked.  He has a plan and is working all things out.

P~ Father, for days I get stuck in fear about what is happening in our world.  Thank You for Your Word!  It’s what I need to focus on truth.  You are coming back to reign on earth one day.
