Psalm 107:2-3 | Joni Tyner
For the next 2 weeks, I decided to work on memorizing Psalm 107 and yikes– There are 43 verses. Wow!!! I’ve never, ever tried to memorize this much scripture!!—so in an effort to be successful I decided to breakdown each days verse with a short SOAP note to help me really soak in what I am memorizing. If anyone feels led to memorize this with me or give me some tips, I’d love to hear from you. Here is today’s verse and journal note. Joni
S~ Let the redeemed of the LORD say so, whom He has redeemed from trouble and gathered in from the lands- from the East and from the West, from the North and from the South. Psalm 107:2-3 (ESV)
O~ God wants us (the redeemed) to acknowledge Him and proclaim to others what He has done.
A~ I have been chosen by God to be His child- He loves me and pulls me close to Him—not only me but people from every hand—those He has redeemed.
P~ Dear Lord, please forgive me when I have not acknowledged you—I want to do a better job of representing You in my daily life. Thank you for holding me during troubled times. I love You.
Our team would love the privilege of praying for you! Please share how we can lift you in prayer at prayer@DiscoverOneThing.com
